A Catfish Studios co-founder and president, Thomas R. Rondinella is an award winning independent film maker. He has edited fifteen feature films (including A Fool and his Money starring Oscar winner Sandra Bullock), written three produced feature films (All’s Fair starring George Segal and Sally Kellerman, Blades and A Girls’ Guide), directed three feature films (Blades, Scrappers: How the Heartland Won WWII and A Girls’ Guide) and produced six feature films (Charming Billy, Unholy starring Adrienne Barbeau and Nicholas Brendon, Morris County, Scrappers: How the Heartland Won WWII, Good Day For It starring Oscar nominee Hal Holbrook.) and the upcoming Sankofa: The Untold Story of Harry Herbert Pace Project. His films have had national theatrical release, played in the major United States and international film festivals (including American Film Institute-Los Angeles, RioFan, Rio De Janeiro, Edinboro, Northhampton, Chicago International and Ft. Lauderdale) and aired on Cinemax, HBO, PBS, USA Network, Starz, and the Independent Film Channel. He produces and directs the web cooking series, Cooking with Nonna and NJ Today with John McKeon.

As a screenwriter, his script El Dorado was developed at InterMedia and the co-written She Died Twice was optioned to Splendid Pictures and producer Andreas Klien, (Traffic).

WILLAM PACE

A Catfish Studios partner, William Pace received a Masters of Fine Arts in Film Production from New York University's renowned Graduate Film & TV program where he wrote & directed his thesis film "Echo Canyon," an award-winning short that was televised nationally on the USA Network. Since receiving his MFA, William Pace has written four distributed independent feature films, three of which he co-produced. He’s also written three optioned screenplays (She Died Twice was optioned by Andreas Klien, producer of Traffic) and several produced episodes of animated TV shows. The script Charming Billy was a finalist for the Sundance Institute's prestigious Screenwriting Lab, and William went on to direct the feature film of the same title. Charming Billy premiered at the AFI/Los Angeles International Film Festival where VARIETY magazine proclaimed William displayed "notable cinematic and storytelling craft." Actor Michael Hayden won a coveted Best Actor award for his riveting portrayal of the title character. Charming Billy was distributed by a division of Miramax and bought for broadcast by the Independent Film Channel. Recently William produced and directed the award-winning short, "A Relaxing Day," written by Pulitzer Prize-nominated playwright Theresa Rebeck, and he also directed American legend Tony Bennett in a series of promos and educational videos for Mr. Bennett's charity foundation, Exploring the Arts. Also, William teaches filmmaking and screenwriting at NYC’s The New School, where he serves as its Screenwriting Advisor. Oh, and he is listed in Warren Allen Smith's book CELEBRITIES IN HELL.
